I don't know about other servers, but Creative was left to die. Elise put a fuckton of work into it, which all ended up doing nothing because axed couldnt give two shits and wouldnt push the update. Took 4 years before Creative had an update, and even then it took bloody ages before it actually happened.

Also I would like to point out that Iza, Frx, Rew and many others have been banned on the forums for speaking out against aXed. If I'm banned some time after posting this as well, then that just proves he's failing his megalomaniac shtick.

 

wow. ngl, i see why they did it. but i dont support it. if they were keen about creating their own server they should have at least resigned, not betrayed anyone like this.

having played gc for almost 4 years now, (across like 8 accounts lmao). Elise was the backbone of gc, though I didn't know her personally, honestly, I feel betrayed too.

Elise spineless? She was the backbone. The only reason GC is alive now is because of her. Axed liked her. Shes smart and knows what shes doing. She has professional experience in the real world. And yes you are spineless. You couldn't even face us and left with a big middle finger stuck up your ass and sucking aXeds dick. Elise stood up for herself. She wasnt power hungry. She just wanted stuff to get done because GC is where we all came together. Axed doesnt care about gc and wont ever. His reasoning is he finally found something he enjoyed which is why he wouldn't respond. So in short, he no longer enjoys GC. And it shows. Axed needs to give up and move on to a real life and stop pretending to care.

@aXed if you read this, you lost yourself a good friend and manager. I hope you're happy playing house and streaming gta 5 and ignoring your staff.

what happened when itsmesteyn left the server leaving you to manage all the 9-10 servers alone its been like 4+ years and after that much time you are realizing that a co-owner is needed.

The decision of cutting servers short is of course right but the decision is taken too late.

Leaving all hatred aside, I could bet my life savings you wouldn't have said any of this, nor Iza, nor anyone, had this event not occured. But you would've probably still felt the same way about him. Guess it's just ranks in the end...

 

I did not want to reply to this, but you should have ideally saw this coming.

Without proper organisation and motivation, nothing ever gets done.
GuildCraft is a business, you make income and you make a loss. For a while you've lacked motivation and it has proven.
It seems now you're finally doing a staff purge - this is long overdue. This should have been done a long time ago.

While I was Head-Admin for them short few months, it was a struggle to even gain your friend request to gain access to support tickets to help the community. You need viable communication between yourself and your employee's. I planned a full document for a BedWars reset, spending my time going to several servers and experiencing their version to see what our BedWars could include which separates us from the rivals. It was a struggle to even get your permission to add a simple plugin without having to go through Elise.
I was so motivated to get things done and improve the gamemode I truly loved yet pushing for updates was such a struggle as you are a brick wall. What is the point having higher-staff members who are as equal to current Admins? I know you can't trust people on Minecraft or any platform - that's why you need to actually employ people who know how to run a business/minecraft server.

Lots of people in business struggle with mental health, you simply can't keep using that excuse to justify your negligence for GuildCraft. Lots of issues were left unattended by yourself - support tickets is simply one of them. Players pay for your services and simply leaving their query a month later is unacceptable. It seems like you let your mental health eat you up rather than push through to overcome.
Don't forget the time where I was severely sick and hospitalised for a week, and yet I still dealt with password support tickets and helped the community whenever I could on my fried-up laptop when no one else did.
If I could do it, anyone can.
Whenever the higher-staff members try promoting a change, nothing was ever saw through properly, only minimal issues.
You did not invest into GuildCraft which is what you should have done. Simply relying on free developers is not going to cut it, finding free anti-cheats and just finding modes on the cheap. Businesses always have to take risks to see if something pursues. but you did not do that. PayPal rewards were a suggestion which players wanted for the longest time and you only RECENTLY introduced that because everyone is gone. A decent anti-cheat was on sale for £60 and yet you refused to purchase that. Even a developer had to buy you storage to ensure that the reset they were working on could handle and be as good as it can be.

After months of trying to help and stay motivated for something which is a lost cause, of course people are going to leave and try their new thing. If the owner isn't giving two shits, why should anyone else.

I joined this server 3 years ago and I truly enjoyed spending my time on here but the server isn't going anywhere regarding progress unless you make a change. You need to re-evaluate yourself and if your health is a massive issue on the server's potential progress - either close the server down or sell-on whatever assets are available.

If you keep running GuildCraft as a 'side-project' with no investment, time, effort or motivation put into it then nothing will prevail. Run GuildCraft as a business and make smart business decisions.

You probably won't even read this or absorb any of this information from myself or anyone, but these are simply my thoughts.
