post all your computer specs, which processer, graphics card and what java version is your minecraft running in. this happend for me too and it took me over a year to fix because i couldnt find the solution. also post the crash report

 

Windows 10 is rubbish. It is real annoying to get use too once you upgrade, windows spys on you, a few annoying bugs (Desktop backgroud goes black after while), can be slow for potatos. I upgraded too windows 10 because windows 7 support has been dropped (Updates etc) Microsoft is slowly but surely forcing its users to upgrade to their spying bullshit, windows 10.
Ill do a lot of research on windows 10 before you update. it is possible to stop microsoft spying on you by disableing a few options and downloading a program.

 

You can get those specs on any potato

 

Is it possible to go back to Windows 7 .-. I kind feel Windows 7 is better for gaming-related stuff

 

no you can fix it, i have the same processor, intel i3, the thing is that Java 8 which is the newest version of Java doesnt work on this processor because it is kinda old , i think , so i installed Java 7 used a software called 'JavaRa' to uninstall the Java 8 because the computer might use it instead of Java 7 idk if its true but it did it anyways, and yeah when you install Java 7, you will not be able to run Minecraft version 1.12 or higher because they need Java 8. So the solution is to install Java 7 64 bit, not 32 as your computer isnt compactible with it and run minecraft 1.11, 1.10 or lower. tell me if it works, post the crash report if you can.

after that you will have to make an oracle account to start downloading it, just do it, it wont take long.
And then click on the downloaded file and click Yes to change the hard ware on your computer and then actually you know all this shit so yeah thats it, tell me if it works

 

Windows 8.1 is the best

 

u use premium launcer or cracked ?

Cracked: Download T-Launcer, it's good,fast,smooth, and supports skins for cracked user and u can log in ur prem account with it !..

i was just saying because you said minecraft crashes when you run it in Windows 10. I found a software called 'Windows 10 Transformation Pack' that makes your taskbar and almost everything look like windows 10, get the la http://www.thememypc.net/windows-transformation-pack/ , when downloaded, rightclick and select: show in folder after that click extract files ... and then you will be asked for a password, which is 'thememypc.net'

 

@Broken_Robot I couldn't find the taskbar.

Windows 9 is better tho

 

Windows 7 > Windows 8 > Windows 8.1 > Windows 10
It only gets worse as you upgrade

 

10 > 7 > 8 > 8.1
8 and 8.1 are rubbish, I'm stuck on 8.1 ffs

 

If you're not upgrading from Windows 7 to 10, Windows will eventually issue you a strict reminder to upgrade to Windwos 10, otherwise it will self-initiate the update for you and which is no going back.

 

If you don't have an original license for windows (assuming u are using cracked windows) or if your pc is waaayy too outdated (referring to your pc model) then I suggest you not to upgrade to windows 10.
Windows 10 works fine on my current pc, but not on my old laptop in-which had cracked windows before.

EDIT: Just searched up your model on the internet, seems like it is an old model right? It was first released on 2011, that's 6 years back lol. That might be your problem.

 

dude don't upgrade to windows 10 my friend updated his pc to windows 10 and he couldn't launch minecraft and he says it is so slow
