»Wierd Movement in lobby, going into prison

After my annihilation game finidhed, i saw this guy moving madly quickly, both crouching and un-crouching quickly and also with runnning. I saw him and started recording instantly, so i have to catch up with him. I know you cant see him moving quickly, but you can see him shifting unbelievebly quickly. If you are quick he may still be on as I am writting this straight after I recorded it.

If the evidence isn't enough, you may want to watch him for a bit to see if he is indeed hacking.

As I saw in the video above, I think he is kinda stuck in the portal.
We all know that you are allowed to jump and reach trees. So maybe he was jumping and coincidentally he entered the portal (while jumping) and stuck in the top of it.

Presumably, let's say he was hacking, and the staff need to ban him/her. How can they reach him? You didn't even get his name.

That was my perspective, perhaps It's wrong.
