»Why i cant post a new thread on Rules

I want to post a new tread with something about rules and i cant it says (You have insufficient privileges to post here.)
How can i get privileges??

The rules section of forums are locked to members and is strictly for the official rules of the server. This is likely only accessible by the Owner and Head-Admins. If you would like to suggest a rule I would advise you use the suggestion threads of the forums.

Jarod12 if you delete System32 the Windows will not run and it wil cause crash and you will have to reinstall windows again

The ‘Rules’ subsection of the Forums is specifically for Head-Admins+ to write threads about any specific rules or improvements to the current rules. Members cannot write here as they do not have the authority.

If you have any ideas regarding new rules, it’s best to write a suggestion in the Suggestions & Feedback forum section. If it’s specific for one server, you should try to message the Head-Admin for that specific server.
