»Why did they block my friend?

A few hours ago my friend was mining on the Factions server and suddenly they cleaned the inventory and banned it for seven days saying that I had Xray, when in fact it was not.
I appreciate a quick and effective response to this problem that appeared for no apparent reason.
The person banned was DiegoGames185.
