    FFS, people please know this. Ram isn't everything, there's still the GPU (Which effects the FPS the most), and a CPU. I won't go over the other stuff as they don't have as much effect as these 2. Now, Ram is still important, but if a game requires 2 GBs of ram, and you've got 32 GBs of ram, you won't get that off a FPS increase.

    Toshiba Satellite
    Windows 8.1 64-bit.
    Intel HD graphics, 1366 x 768 native resolution.
    Dual Core Processor and 60 FPS.
    Can't run Fallout 4.
