Actually, 1.9 isn't bad in my opinion, but it'll change these days PvP style quite significantly because of the attack cooldown. I think, 1.9 PvP is more into strategic attacking rather than spamming left mouse button. I'm sure 1.8 PvP-er will be having a pretty rough time to fit in with 1.9 PvP, but hey, 1.8 to 1.9 doesn't mean you are doomed from Minecraft :v Overall, I'm neutral toward 1.9. We just need to study again baout 1.9 PvP, that's all
