Usually, gc has most of 2400 players? I guess but now it is only 1600. I guess the players quit because of new rule or hackers. 1. If you cannot remove the new language rule, then enable /msg /w on EVERY server. 2. Increase amount of admins. Idk how, but accepting mod that want to be promoted(if he/her is trusted/well-known) will be good.
