»What are the Requirements for trading?

I saw today trading centers.They trade things like IG money for EUROS.Now I know euros are for the shop but what are the requirement in trading euros Except for the IG Stuff but in the transactions or something else.

 

[Buying euros]
First, you need to gather up enough stuff to make a good trade that other players will accept. That is key to euro trading, because bad offers will not get any sellers. The second key is once you have a euro seller, you want to get an admin to help with the trade. THIS IS A MUST, because you get scammed or banned for scamming. You will give the admin your stuff, then the other player will proceed to buy the item from the shop. Once done, the admin will give the other player the respective items.

[Selling euros]
This works the same as buying euros, but its in reverse. Once the admin gives you the OK, you will buy the player the item they requested. Then the admin will give you the stuff once they can confirm you purchased the item for the player.

Really the only requirements is to:
-Have a euro seller or buyer
- Have an admin assist with the trade

arent there any credit cards or bank stuff? srsly trading is that easy lol

 

I mean, you still have to do the credit card and bank stuff.
