Want support on GuildCraft Servers?
Post what you will need help on, on this thread.
This thread is for the need for people who need help on server problems and/or command issues. I have created this for not only me, but also staff and the community of GuildCraft to get together and help one another. Below is a checklist and a guidance as to what you must write in the Help Guide for staff, myself and the Amazing, Talented GuildCraft community players.

In The Help Guide Write:
Server
What is the server you need help on? Post below, what is the name of the server. This will make it easier for me to help you and allow me to respond quicker. Knowing the server can allow me and/or the staff to help you with your problem.

Problem
What is the problem? Is the issue concerning? Post below, what you need help with and what the matter is. This will make a clear understanding for me. Posting the problem in your help guide can help me and/or the staff to find out how to resolve the issue.

Minecraft Details
In this section of the guide. You must tell me, What your IGN (In game name) is, Your age (OPTIONAL), your GuildCraft website profile and How long you have been playing GuildCraft for. This will allow us to contact you quicker and more efficiently. This will not only help us, but also help you guys to resolve this matter more faster.

Thanks for all the appreciation guys. This will help me to resolve your issue or question and if concerning, this will allow the staff to work on this. If I do not get back to you INSTANTLY Message me at http://www.guildcraft.org/conversations/add this will allow me to get in contact A.S.A.P (As soon as possible). Thanks. Ill try my best, if the issue is not sorted I will, myself, contact the admins of the server. Thanks

Can't we make this thread sticky so new people could see it???

 

Hope we could do this in the future. But it is the owners choice and admins, aXed etc. Sticking this can benefit others from getting help from others. But if people want help tell them to go check out this post, and Staff and i will try to help them out as much as we can . Thanks for this
