I saw what VatVat said and it was very mean. blissey did nothing to VatVat that offended Him in any way but VatVat was making fun of blissey calling everyone 'cutie pie'

 

I don't think provoking is mutable in anni but I don't see enough evidence to show that VatVat is harassing Blissey. As far as I know, he could be just asking a question or joking about the matter.
Edit: I know both blissey and vatvat on a personal level so I am aware how toxic vatvat may be but we cannot mute him because there is not enough proof here of him commiting anything wrong. If this was shown to different people, they wouldn't be able to understand the situation. Hence we need more evidence to show if VatVat was really doing anything. We cannot punish players out of own consent/bias unless we have evidence.

 

blissey likes to say "cutie" to others. And I am pretty sure blissey is a male, not a female.
What VatVat said is indeed offending to me.

But I don't get why staffs seldom mute provoking players (or even an them). I remember in the "rules signs" in the anni lobby says that provoking can cause 2 week ban....

 

Chisagu he has been harassing blissey a long time(ask blissey).This guy is toxic to the community and should be banned/muted.

Maybe u guys just jealous ... btw he got 3 kits left to finish anni so he will leave soon and he's one the best players out there
