»title buyed but no reaction on support tickets

i post it here agaain, this morning i bought a title named prison bitch but he didnt get it
i already senden you guys in support tickets the Transaction ID but nobody answer anymore.
PLS CHECK it or i will take bigger steps, its maybe only 2.50euro but it isnt normal that i need to wait more then 8hours for a reply.

This dude, Elphios responded within 1 hour. And need sleep to, so you give him 1 day for answering a ticket..

And as second, HAHA you want to 'call' the police? You know ita actually full own risk when you bought something om the internet..
And you accepted our TOS when you 'bought' our title.


If I were you I'd be careful with what you say before threating us as staffteam. Some bad things can happen..

Oh and als third, DONT answer your own ticket, we will do the latest first.. And if you answer your own ticket, it will be stated as 'Open' or 'Customer-Reply'

If you have waiting problems, I suggest to avoid future purchases in our shop.
