»This is getting out of Control

Hello,

I don't know how to start off this post because I'm just shocked that this kind of stuff even happened .Basically a really really good friend and a former staff member MortalSquid got banned for not being himself? wat?

So this user by the name ImBailey is apparently really disliked by a lot of staff ,she has been perma banned on the network as well but one day she just randomly gets unbanned on Guildcrafts TeamSpeak (Or she bypassed the system) .

After that she came online on that teamspeak on multiple names ,a few of them being MortalSquid and xxTSMTriplelift both of which being MortalSquids TeamSpeak names .Some how the staff member by the name of kinqcake found out that this user is ImBailey .

Now everything continues from here ,the real MortalSquid is from the United Kingdom ,is trusted and had a description ,something only staff members can give ,whereas the impersonator Imbailey who took mortalsquids both names when he wasn't online didn't have any of those .

So the staff member Kinqcake sees that the user xxTSMTriplelift (aka mortalsquid) is online and without a shadow of a doubt joins MortalSquids channel ,calls him a bitch (I was afk in the channel where this happened)

and proceeds to permanently ban him without even checking if that user was ImBailey or not (didn't check if he was trusted ,was from the uk or had a description)

A lot of you might read this and say "oh its a mistake ,mortalsquid should just make an unban request and it'll be all over ,sadly that's not the case because mortalsquid actually did make a post and got this very unprofessional response of

"You can thank Bailey for that", basically saying that he knows that the user banned is not ImBailey but hes still going to be remained banned eventhough mortalsquid had done nothing wrong in the situation .

Now there is so so so much wrong this this .Why is the real mortalsquid getting banned for something he didn't do? He doesn't have the permission to stop someone from stealing/taking his name .He can't do anything about it .
Why does a staff member call another user a bitch? Are TeamSpeak and the server rules different ,why can staff disrespect players but in response expect respect?

Why am I making a post about this when in reality this is the most unjust ban made in history of gc ts (one of atleast)

So in short .Imagine if I made a twitter account calling myself Kim Jon Un and tweeted saying I'm in a war against the US ,I'm going to be launching nukes tomorrow .I won't be taken seriously because EVERYONE will know that it's not the real person .Same thing with gc ,ImBailey impersonated Mortalsquid and got him banned when the original user was online .After MortalSquid got banned for pretty much nothing ,he made a post about it and got the response that it's basically his fault that someone stole his name .Alrighty then ,if I get myself banned and bypass the system or get unbanned and change my name to a staff members ,the staff member will get banned right? Thanks ,got it .

To Asy or any other staff .Please don't think too highly of yourself and give me a decent response because I really wanna know how a ban like this can be justified .And please no "he admitted it" because even if it's true ,it's not true because a person cannot become another person by just saying they are that person ."Hey guys im aXed" now give me my owner rank pls.

 

He's unbanned now .Requesting lock and suggesting staff members like kinqcake to look into who they ban before they ban.
