»There is a problem in Every Server

I dont know if its just me but after playing on all of the GC servers for at least 3-5 months i find that a couple servers have at least one problem or two. Im worried if I posted this in the bug/glitch section people will just say "yea its just your wifi" blah blah blah. I will list a couple of problems the server have and Please Note that I'm not hating on the server. Im just stating the problems so hopefully the staff team will be more aware of it and so that they can fix it soon enough.
servers: Survival, Prison, Skyblock
Survival: 1. Yes about survival i noticed a couple of times when i played i experienced occasional lag spikes and when i press tab not everyone has a full bars of wifi . Most have 3 or less and i wouldn't be complaining about the lag if no one else is complaining about it. 2. Some of the voting sites dont work ( I think i can only vote on Site (1, 4 or 5, 6) ).

Prison: Server lag spikes ( Sometimes but i can deal with it)

Skyblock: Im most especially worried about skyblock. The lag there is the worst I've experienced among the two servers (Prison and Survival) I've played on. I also notice i sometimes get kicked to hub like 3 times in a row? I asked other players and they said they also got kicked sometimes to hub on SB. And occasionally i will experience block glitching/lag and sometimes its so bad that i can't even do anything and i have to wait for the block lag to pass.

(Also, If your wondering why I'm only listing these 3 servers its because these 3 are the ones that i played mostly on)

Server lag Can affect the gameplay ALOT . I find servers with a lot of lag so not fun to play on because whats the point if every block you place disappears and reappears + You randomly teleport from one place to another because of Block lag? And getting kicked from hub from time to time. There are many Plugins that can help reduce lag such as Clear lag, Mob stackers etc. Im just clueless as to why up till now like the voting sites on survival aren't even fixed yet.

i have all 5 bars and on survival the bigest lag is on spawn be cause of all the waterand lava and the same thing hapened to me on anni othere team make sky b ase underneath others base and start placing water everywhere and the lag is insane there,on skyblock i have big truble with breaking blocks warping on other ppls island and its insane and prison works great for me
