»The Server Just Stopped And My Keys Disappears!!

I was trying to opening{ 1 party key, 7 reward keys, 1 Uncommon key, 1 Rare key, 1 Mythical key } and it was in my inventory and the server stopped!!

When I opened only 6 reward keys... the server stopped and teleport me to the lobby and when I re-logging in to faction I was in pvp not in warp crates and all my keys disappears and I didn't get anything {money + exp} from crates it just disappears
and kit keys disappears too and I've to wait until 7 days cooldown to use this kit, and I didn't even use it...

I don't care about other keys I just care about /kit keys cause I didn't use it and I've to wait 7 days

 

Your cooldown for kit keys has been reset.
