»Swearing when already Muted.. Why DrBuuny

My in game name is yuvstar123 and well DrBuuny was swearing at me and well yes , he got muted.. but when no admins were online he did /reply and started swearing again! Just Why ?? and aXed Please fix it so muted people cant use /reply xD Ok
