»Survival Uncommon crate bug

    Hello, today I used a few uncommon crate keys and in those I won 2 spawners and 1 obsidian pickaxe but unfortunately I didn't get 1 zombie spawner and the obsidian pickaxe. I reported this to the available adims at that moment 2019-11-05_20.57.02.png 2019-11-05_20.57.08.png

    I checked it is legit he did not receive his Obsidian Pickaxe neither his zombie spawner .

    @Godhacker Use the correct format for reporting a bug. as that gives me the info i need to actually handle this.
