SURVIVAL SUGGEST Hello, 1) You have to add the Global Ranks again or Change the Legacy Ranks to Global Ranks Because we have to donate in each rank and it's not possible to donate with 60+ EUR in each server :V 2) You have to get more staffs because 50% of the currently staffs aren't Active ingame and the other 50% the MAXIMUM Played hours per day is 5 hours and they aren't enough 3) You have to edit the staffs permission [HEAD-ADMIN] ---> Only ingame permissions (Can't edit/add/remove plugins) [Developer] ---> Only Outgame permissions (edit/add/remove plugins) [Manager] ---> Only ingame permissions (Perm Ban/Unban/Perm BanIP/UnbanIP) [Admin] ---> Only ingame permissions (Ban for time/ UnMute ) [Player-Admin] ---> Only ingame permissions (Perm Mute) [Helper] ---> Only ingame permissions (Check History) [MOD] ---> Only ingame permissions (Warn / Mute) NOTE: Each Rank have the previous rank permissions#DEAL Thanks for reading!
Hello @DEAL 1) Global ranks would be cool, but ofcourse they get less money to the server, like a lot of people I have seen bought like 2 Titan ranks on two different servers, and a lot people have like Elite in Survival , Titan in faction etc. so pretty much aXed won't add them so he can get more money. 2) I am pretty sure that @Rabascm is choosing Good active staff, Mostly They are active all the day, Don't really take anything negative, but Seriously Survival contains a lot of active and Skilled staff. 3) The current permissions system is totally fine, and It's totally good and suits every staff rank, Like Seriously If the mod sees a new player, and he can't check his history so he mutes him instantly because he isn't helper? no This is totally missed up, I won't bother arguing with the other staff ranks but they are all missed up, Keep it like It is.
Post farming ?! lel dude , Anyway thanks for your opinion btw Post Farming means Threads/Replays with out any thing useful in it + Spamming 1) I didn't spam threads/replays , it's my first suggestions + i have posted only 1 thread/replay so it's not farming 2)MOD won't check history because MODs are filtering the chat no more. 3)I'm talking about 50% from the staffs not the whole team + You are not a Survival players so you can't check if they are online or no. New players need to get warned If they spam or something else, Because They don't know the rules, so The Mod should check their history and If they are new players without warns before, He/she warns them , Or If they have previous warns. They mute them
Helper have the prefix permissions in case someone breaks the rules in prefix +1 they should can mute not all mods can handle .... welp they have life so they are not that active its not easy to be a staff.
1.Indeed. Global Ranks are OP AF. But not everyone plays on every server. The thing is you just have to pay on servers you play in. Other people just trade their perks to gain more on the servers they are playing in,tho global ranks ain't a bad idea at all since we had this before. But it's not the current thing we have. 2. Our Head Admin is choosing staff carefully. He chooses people who he thinks deserve to be staff, and I am sure we'll have more new people in our team. All current staff is active. Staff became busy because of the upcoming reset, and some because of personal matters, also since Survival is almost at it's reset, there's not much to be done for the current Survival reset we have now. 3. I totally disagree on the staff permissions. Checking players' history is for all the staff to see mute histories and bans. We have to see if we have to perm ban someone if the player have certain number of past bans. So imagine if we have to check it, do we have to call a Helper just to check the history ? How about our time, not all staff have the same time zones. About the H-A and Developer perms, NAH. Our H-A is a developer and the supervisor of GC.
I think your suggestions are good, I want too the global rank. And the staff thing, too, Because when I'm online (Latinoamerica), almost the 30% time, no admins connected, or helpers, nothing, and ppl start swearing, so I'm with that.
