    Hello Reaper0503,

    According to the photo as evidence you posted, It's NOT punishable. Just repeating one sentence twice is okay. He can say one sentence multiple times with a time-gap in between without breaking the rules. It's what most people do to advertise their profit shop and spawnplot shops. Regardless thanks for taking your time to report. You can do /chatrules ingame to be more clarified of the rules
