Evidence: He was saying in public chat if anyone wants coal, I said I would like to have some, then when I tp to him, we were standing on a cobble with lava under it, I already experienced players tying to PK and pretending to help them so i made sure I didn't bring anything and I was right, I was able to escape before he broke the cobble.

From what I see I can't tell there was a tpkill, or an attempt to.

 

Yeah I was more focused on making sure i survive then took the pic right after i jump out of the cobble that he dug and fell into
