Hello everybody First I am going to explain you some things… When I was new on gc there were public mines in survival. On this time it was really easy to get money and then make his own strategies to get money or to invest for something(like Villagers, Spawners and other things). Since the public mines aren't on survival anymore, it's very hard for new players to get money. There should be an option for newbies to get money for invest it then for something. It's also very hard for newbies if around all warps 1000 blocks are already mined. And sometimes also with /vote wouldn't help them… I would suggest if there is something for newbies to sell like: 64 rotten flesh for 25/50 64 bones for 25/50 because /warp mobfarm 64 Cobblestone/Diorit/Andesite for 25/50 Others: Give the newbies 1000$ for start Maybe /kit Member (if they die xD) With Stone tools (with Sharp 1 eff 1)and Leather armor (prot 1) Cooldown 2-4 days or maybe longer. If you have other ideas write it down

I don't think its that much of a big deal for them to earn money, when I was a beginner, I didn't have public mines, I just voted everyday, and that gave me a sizeable income, and I never paid for anything, I made all my stuff myself :3. I think there should be a kit that helps them get away from spawn, and a pressure plate at spawn that tp's you to a random warp. Kit Runawayreallyfarfromspawn would include: 5 Boats, 1 Crafting table, 5 Blocks of wood. Redeemable every 5 hours or so.
No need to give new players $1000 as a starter. There is /vote for a reason and You earn xp, money and diamonds. People make shops and you can sell Your items there. There is /kit tools. ( but having leather armor would be nice but may not happen ) If people want to mine. Go out in the wild. Theres so much /warps to explore and so much to do. -aelarmaly
$1000 as a starter would be a HUGE issue! It would promote the use of making multiple accounts, then /pay'ing your main account all the money. Also, in vanilla survival, there are no warps that you can take advantage of, like you can on GC's survival... Instead of making it incredibly easy to acquire large amounts of money, make it difficult!!! Survival is mainly so popular because of its' unique economy style and MCMMO abilities. Making it easy to obtain spawn eggs would wreck all the aspects of spawn eggs, because then people cab make their own animal/villager farms, and have no need for the eggs any more .-. The economy on survival is fragile, yet well balanced. Adding public mines/more sell shops could tip that balance in an unfavorable way, that none of us would like....
