Name of offense: Double griefing with two accounts garridos and garridos123, double account and ban evading with creating another account to grief again

He got banned for griefing for 4 days at my city

Then I found out today that the same guy "garridos123"
griefed again in this new printscreen.

So can you guys ban his second account permanent and his main account garridos
a longer penalty? 3 offenses in 1 guy
