I know I might have to wait for a bit of time but I would like to know whats the regular amount of time to finish support tickets, I would also like to know whats the regular amount of support tickets everyday. I'm saying this just so I won't be too impatient with staff because I wanna play so badly in the server perhaps telling me know so I won't get bitter with staff and call them "lazy"? Hi @SamAsrock, Sometimes support tickets can take minutes to days and to weeks. It all depends on the type of ticket you've made and the staff member who has dealt with it. For example: I am one of the people who mainly deal with password resets and I likely complete them within 30 minutes - 1 day due to the time the ticket was made, the date and other factors (mainly IRL) Whilst if you made a support ticket for a charge-back issue/ buycraft purchase then these are solely for aXed to respond to and the response time varies by how much information you give.
