»Support ticket haven't been solved

Hi @aXed, i know u are online now, few weeks ago i have made a support tickets about forgotten server password with the reason get hacked, and unban request for asking @Melon333 to ban my hacked account, i have purchased a terrorist rank and my support tickets are closed by admins. why dont u help me to solve it? I want to play GC again, but you dont unban and reset my password, you ask me to Reply form my email and i have done it, but why dont you help me?
