Suggestions:

Enderpearls​

• Add some type of cooldown to the ender pearls, you can spam a whole stack of ender pearls on accident and this would reduce the amount of how many can be thrown at once.
  
• Disabling the ability to tp directly onto the safe area of the PVP arena using an ender pearl, this wasn't an issue in the last PVP arena since it was disabled there.

No cooldown on enderpearls means you can throw an entire stack of enderpearls with one click on accident, this is annoy since people just spam enderpearls to get away.
It is quite hard to PVP anyone since as soon as you jump into the PVP arena the people you try to fight just ender pearl out. This doesn't just happen once there is constant use of Shooting an ender pearl in the middle of the air in the safe zone and then jumping, hitting the person in the arena once then being teleported back to the safe zone making it like a game of hit and run, which is very annoying.

These are just some suggestions based on my current experience PVP wise.

One small side note:

Why is survival constantly Freezing all of the time this is one of the only servers where this happends I'd like to know why this only happens in the survival server as it is annoying trying to pvp or doing any task and the entire server lags and players get kicked etc. Am i the only one with this problem?

Semi-vanilla is having the same Issues When The game Freezes and Moments later we all get kicked back to the lobby.
It happens constally and I dont want it to affect PVp when we freeze and lag.

True, survival is pretty laggy, these sudden freezes appear only in survival and semi. Never had this issue somewhere else.
