Why are we still calling the building a building even its already finished building?

 

Simply, "Building" has more than one meaning. One is used to refer to the action of constructing something, whereas the other is simply the terminology given to a relatively permanent structure (houses, factories etc).

I get what you're saying up till the matrix part. What's the quantum slit theory though? Google's only turning up Young's Double Slit Experiment. Would love to find out more about this theory you're talking about. Thanks!

Lol nope and it's spelt skyscraper by the way. Not all buildings are skyscrapers. They have to be of a certain height to be termed skyscrapers. Simple farm buildings that are only a few floors will never be a skyscraper. Never
