Name of Offense:Stealing my stuff in my claimed plot,so i and bruh12 were working on my shop,i trusted bruh12,and i told him to finish the shop after i leave,i left and came back,my diamonds,emeralds,lot more minerals,votekeys,enchanted books and many more stuff were gone :'(,i talked to bruh12 about it and he told that it was shabba who stole everything and he told that he gave her trust because she said she would help,and also she appeared really out of nowhere in my house just when bruh12 tped to me.
Date and Time:24th April 2016,11:45 pm in india
Evidence:I have no evidence as i was offline when this happened,but bruh12 is a witness.

I am afraid I will have to disappoint you. From what you have mentioned above, it seems that the said Shabba had trust in your claim when she "stole" the items. While we do punish players who steal from partially claimed lands, we do not punish those who have been given /trust in the claim. In the first place, it is the owner's responsibility of who he/she should give the /trust to. I suppose you gave bruh12 /permissiontrust, which allowed him to trust Shabba. In future, I would suggest you think twice before before giving /permissiontrust to another player. It is unfortunate, but since the "thief" had trust on your claim, nothing can be done. It's a lesson learned the hard way. Nevertheless, all the best
