»Staff Needs To Handle Things Better

I have several people that i know playing on this server (i will not name who), even i myself have played on this server and i have noticed things have been handled in really immature ways. I'm not just speaking about how it happens on the server but here on the forums as well, i shouldn't be reading comments from staff telling people to shut up and keep their opinions to themselves. That's what forums are for, to share opinions and ideas. I know it may be hard to believe but just because a staff member may hold a "position of authority", that doesn't mean they are always right. I have seen people i know post a thread asking why something happened and have them told by a member of staff to mind their own business. They are coming to forums for help, not to be told to shut up. Another thing that concerns me is the language used by some of the staff on these forums, isn't this server supposed to be available to all ages, are you not encouraging them to use the forum in order to vote for your server? Why would there be vulgar language be used on a forum for all ages by a member, let alone a staff member. I have gathered screenshots of these incidents, and i am not at all pleased by the behavior of people on this server. I will give people my honest review of the server and include these screenshots as well as leaving the server with at least a good 5 or 6 regular players if not more and i will do everything i can to make it clear that no one else should come here.

 

Post the screens perhaps so we may 'handle things better'?
I don't really like rants whitout any evidence or examples that is not sustained by any kind of source.

 

Just a few examples, there were a few instances that the thread was deleted before i took the screenshots, which i dont see why threads need to be deleted unless inappropriate action was taken and needed to be covered up

 

If a thread is deleted it might be because a higher staff (global/head-admin) already dealt with it.

 

If it has already been dealt with shouldn't it remain up so players can reference what will happen in similar scenerios? Shouldn't is stay up so lower level admins know how to deal with something similar appropriately instead of having to call a head admin in to address it? It just makes things look really sketchy when issues are taken down like that while others are left up and are just locked. I had a friend get muted on the server when he did nothing to cause it and was singled out by association and when he went to appeal it, a staff member had told him to mind his own business and proceeded to delete the thread.

 

I'm just asking for a bit of change, if i can't put in such a simple request i will find somewhere else that suits me better.

 

20% of me gres and 80% not i mean there are some bad admins like Tenderman sometimes(no offese)and Melon333 who doesnt know S*** about custom enchants but still not all admins are bad and those screnshots dont give anz clue 1st was admin being anoyed by player so you need beter so you need beter screnschots now can anz Mod/Admin lock this please and im not acting like minimod

 

When did an member have any right's to comment whether an admin should be demoted or not ?

You criticed and spoke about 'bad language' and so on, but judging out of you're screenshots there isn't any bad words is there ?

There's also rules about commenting on report's that you aren't involved in, the screenshots you provided was just from our report section..

Screenshot 1, I wouldn't have put it that way but the point was made pretty clear how the situation was(aka nothing wrong imo).

Screenshot 2, When this matter was happening I told him personally to unlock it since it wasn't the appropriate thing to do..
Which I do understand you couldn't know... But if you watched carefully you would've seen the topic was unlocked.

Screenshot 3, He only quoted the bad words said in the previous reply.

If you have more situations I will gladly explain or handle things.
