»Spawner Bug

In Game Name - xdeathrails
Faction - lannisters ( not sure of spelling )

Problem -

So , I had bought two mushroom spawnners at a low price and both were original .
I decided to place them inside my auto grinder ,
I placed them and noticed they werent working.. ( I had not put myselium as i did not know it was needed )
So , I decided to take them back and sell them .
I broke them with my silktouch pickaxe , put they simply broke and nothing came into my inventory .
It also came in the chats that "mushroom spawnner broken"
I lost 2 mushroom spawnners!

I took help from a "Test Admin" in game named Mysterium , he saw the problem and asked to write this
bug report .

Please fix this problem and if possible , return my 2 mushroom spawnners .

EDIT: Seems to be working correctly.
