»spawn killing in creative mode

hey people so im new to this server& i have been playing creative a lot. i've been pvping other players and if i die then i go back to the spawn point while still in survival mode allowing players to kill me repeatedly. my suggestions are either that:

pvp is not enabled at spawn
you respawn in creative

(sorry if this has been posted before)

 

lol btw killing players in spawn is fun i do it so much
