»Someone use my account (not hack)

I have a premium account, and i never join to your server before. When i joined, there's look like someone use my account, and i don't know the password, Maybe he/she intrested about my skin. So please can you reset it? I want to play in your server.

The account username is Jerofox, please reset it.

 

Hello there, Your name is taken and we cannot do anything about it. Sorry, but you can create a new username/cracked one and play on our server. We cant reset accounts whatsoever

No, either you change your premium accout username or ask the person to let you use the name Ferofox and he will use another accout to play on and keep his stats sefely on servers he played (ask a Head-Admin to do this)

Even tho, it's very possible that the cracked user Ferofox quitted the server for a long time and if he has bad stats or less gameplay on the server, you will have high chance you will own the account because you're Premium and YOU own the account and this cracked noob loser doesn't! Like what if a cracked player nammed Skeppy was logged in guildcraft, what if the REAL Skeppy do? these youtube fan 9years old kids stole a youtuber name because of his NICE username, And i'm telling you you have a great username and you're the owner of it and YOU should play with it on our server, Don't listen to this sucka mod because he got it 2 weeks from before and doesn't know shit about Guildcraft logs rules.

Show this to an admin, that cracked noob Ferofox won't stay for that long, YOU OWN THE ACCOUNT, PROVE THEM WRONG, IT'S 2019 FFS

 

If that guy has no bans/ranks you should own that account tbh
