Not involved here, but this is common in skywars, ofc if he's totally not moving, he's probably lagging, but im not sure how he got up high like dat, for now i'll leave it to the admins.

I've seen that when people are floating in mid air and no kb, it's just them lagging, they will eventually get kicked
