Today me and another guy got scammed and i lost 155k , he lost 30k . I talked to an admin and he told all you could do is temporarily ban him for 4 days. So he will return after 4 days and play like nothing happened , with the money me and the guy worked so hard for ?? Is this justice ? Personally if I dont get my money back I will quit minecraft. I suggest you, that the punishment for scamming is permanent ban and that the money taken from scamming are given back to the player who got scammed. How should I be aware of scamming since i play only skyblock? Thanks in advance and I hope you fix your justice.
I can agree with you on this, a 4 day ban for a scamming case is not enough because like you just said all he/she has to do is wait a few days and gets to keep the money,items votecoins etc that he illegitimately stole, A permanent ban is too much for a scammer but the punishment needs to be harsher then what it is now.
I don't know how much time the ban should be but the money has to be returned . Else everyone will start scamming because it seems so worth it .
If he does it multiple times he will soon be perma banned. Since just like If you get 3-5 Heavy bans its a perma ban. So if he does it enough he'll get permanently banned...
So we should wait and get scammed multiple times for the guy to get banned? I myself got scammed on skyblock, lost tons of stuff, guy was banned for 4 days, and I dint get anything back. What's the point of allowing no scams, and no griefing if they won't return the stuff to the people who lost them.
well, i have a few points here 1. the ban should depend on the amount of the scam (say 30k = 2 days and 1 mil = 10 days) something like that 2. its always good since after he got banned people will not trust him anymore sincerely, ShadowStrike
