There are many players which have tons of money, check /baltop
The higher island level is 100 000 which disappointing others
there are a lot of warps and farms and more....
I suggest to restart the skyblock as soon as u can

many new people will join at GC and this
mean there will be more fun.​

 

Ive put alot of effort into my island and even i see that it does in-fact need a reset,i made a post a couple of weeks ago asking when it will be resest and they said that it wont be before the end of summer so we might have to wait a few months for it to reset but yah i agree with you,ItsDiamondGirl,Vyrim and NeonCheff are too op right now and noone can really catch up to them

 

As soon as it restarts I think I'll join a new island :3

Well I've also was thinking about suggesting this, there are many new people which needs to work for really much to catch someone, but no one can decide either suggest restarting. The admins will reset it as soon as they think it's required.

 

You guys say that but did you know @ImDiamondGirl started her island like 2 weeks after the reset, and by then there was a huge disparity by then. The only reason she managed to catch up is that she spent her time and effort on catching up with others. Same for @HeavyBaseDrop as well, he started Skyblock atleast 2 weeks after the reset and you saw what he managed to get afterwards (even though he had the help with others, but even without that extra money he still had alot of money at the time).
To be honest, new members can catch up with the others, it just depends on how much effort they put in that concludes if they be near the top or not.

 

I know I stopped playing a while ago, but SB was the most popular server when I went on yesterday. I don't think it needs a reset right now, otherwise you might lose some of those players. But a month or two later things might change, so let's wait until then.

 

Yah but she has worked for months and i dont feel like working anymore if it will reset before i can catch up to her,ive been pretty persistant on my island actually,i have fished far over 10 stacks of fish and have created a huge ore farm as well as 2 skeleton and 2 spider spawner farms but it isnt enough and i dont feel like building a huge auto-sugar cane farm if itll be for naught

Yes, you say that but did you know ImDiamondGirl did what you just said for weeks/a month... She sold to be stacks on stacks of fish to me to get more money, after she got alot of money she decided to open up a shop and decided to sell more, along with grinders = more people = more money. You can't just do 1 thing and expect to be the best. It's all about the foundation you put behind it as well.

 

Oh i know but i dont feel like doing something that will take months to do because the server will reset in a couple of months anyways so even if i accomplish it,i will lose it soon so why bother,i want a reset so i can do that,i want to start big grinders with a huge shop and an auto-farm but i just dont see the point in doing it now before reset

 

You make it seem like it's confirmed Skyblock is going to reset soon, and i can probs confirm that skyblock won't reset any time soon, unless the higher ranks agree to reset it or the server becomes corrupted like last reset, and some island were deleted in the process is why it got resetted since if some people kept their island and others didn't it wouldn't have been fair but Skyblock resetted on 14th February 2017 (i think but i know it's one of the days near that if not), and counting to the present day (25th April 2017, that would only be 71 days, (2 months and abit), if skyblock were to reset every 2 months that wouldn't make skyblock really fun and the server would lose alot of players for resets happening regularly, like seriously would you like it if skyblock resetted 6 times a year?

@CoruptedAngel sure you don't want to build something that would disappear soon, so be it just build since even if you build after the reset, your builds will get deleted later on, but on this reset you can create it and look at the parts you don't like and recreate it next reset and improve on your ideas/builds.

@Yoguan Sure you're bored, and I'm sure alot of people find skyblock boring since it's grindy as heck from mining cobblestone or stone and also ores (currently) but isn't that the reason for skyblock to create builds and being proud of it and looking back at the time you started out with a small island. Yh you may not think that from GC itself since money seem to be the most important but stuff like single skyblock or modded skyblock you wouldn't normally have a economy unless you're playing on a public server. This is why i think @Runetide and Adoof(No tag :/) are geniune Skyblockers, doesn't really care about the money, they continue to work on their island making it looking beautiful knowing it's going to get reset someday. Same for @camEEla_cabeYo although she was working on getting a rank at the start, she has resetted her island and began to work on appearences rather than function.

P.S - I'm sorry for the long ass message, wasn't intentional...

 

My island at the moment is about making separate islands matching the main one, hopefully making it into a Sky Kingdom. Once done hopefully, ill take screenshots and start again. I have the rank which I needed in order to do this, hence why now I am no longer in need of money nor tools, only when its necessary.

 

I asked around and next to everyone said that Skyblock will in-fact reset in a few months

 

is dat 'everyone' staffs or just regular players?

Needs reset ASAP. k not just a regular reset, A new update to skyblock.
~Remove P2W
~Remove ores
~Allow afking without ranks
~Remove heads
~Remove redstone bugs.


Now u have a wonderful skyblock
