Description/Explaining: I would like to know the reason the DutchxFanaticZz administrator banned me for no reason, I was on my island when my internet crashed, so upon relogar it appeared that I had been banned for 10 days reason: (28mutes) being that I never took mute after The server reset, can anyone explain me?

I was having connection problems so I went to see what was happening, then connecting to the server appeared this message, so I went to talk to a moderator and he said he had 28 mutes, but I was surprised that he had not received any mute after the reset Of the server, and even before the reset does not arrive nor close to 10 mutes.

 

like the ban says this was your 28th mute and you will get perm banned at 33 mutes there is not much else to explain
