»[Skyblock] Advertising Shops!

Hey all!
This is going to be really short because there's nothing too complicated going on here.
Basically, we all know prison has a command called /adv which when used sends out a message
every few hours or minutes [I don't know the exact time] advertising a shop of a player.
Now, we all know that almost every island has it's own shop and everybody want's people to buy stuff from them.
So, why not? add the command /adv on skyblock too! This would help reduce spam and make it more efficient in my eyes.

I also had the idea of having an advertisement board near spawn or the pvpmine, this could be where people could spend a small amount per week to have a sign or two advertising their shop!
I just feel this would make skyblock a tiny bit better
