Anyone can build and destroy if you do that. So if some random troll sethome on your island when your shop was up they might come back and steal everything. Even worse, you probably wont get your stuff back as it is 'your fault' for enabling those settings in the first place, just like it is 'your fault' for being gullible enough to be scammed with /is trust last server.

4) INCREASE. MOB. SPAWNING. RATES. Thank god I was not late to the party, because if I was completing the monster hunter challenge and getting all those mob drops would take weeks without using spawner cages. I have been searching the nether for hours for a single ghast tear. No luck though. Let each island have its own mob cap, and make it a small cap for all I care because 10 is better than practically zero. Pet peve #2

5) Add the mob stacking plugin that tibo made for factions / survival. Helps with the lag thus making room for more improvements.

6) Fix the nether access 'destination is in a protected area' bug already. Disable pvp in the nether for ~500 blocks around the nether spawn.

7) Disable all non-mob based damage for people visiting islands and disable the /tpa commands while in pvp. Helps with tp killers.

8) Add a combat timer. People can escape pvp really easily with /is go if they are low on health.

9) Disable coarse dirt tilling exploit for regular dirt. I think you can still do it :/

10) Reduce hopper lag by only transferring items once every 4 ticks. Less lag = add more other suggestions = more fun.

11) add /is trust or /is coop.

12) /it (island talk), send a message to everyone on the island including visitors and /is chat, toggling your chat to only be directed to island teammates.

13) Balance donateshop. I know you want to make it so that your reward is directly proportional to the amount of money you spent i.e. titan = 350 Euros, donator = 5 Euros hence titan = 70x donator, but that is just stupid. Low ranks need to be buffed a little and / or higher ranks need to be nerfed a little. At least let a donator be able to buy a spawner. Its seriously 40 DC vs 3200 DC among other things; p2w on an insane scale. At worst it should be 160 DC vs 1600 DC. Most people who buy titan don't really care about that little extra stuff they get out of the 150 Euros upgrade to titan, instead they buy it cause they are filthy rich or want to support the server. OFC, money tops equality when it comes to gaming

14) Bring the end back, preferably reachable through one of the final challenges rewarding the player with 12 end portal block thingies

15) auction house / ah notifications when your item sells / expires. Also tells you if anything was sold or expired while you were offline

16) Bring lockette back

17) Player / mob head plugin? Idk if it is needed but it would be fun.

As it stands once you complete all of the challenges as I almost have, there is little to no reason or drive to play. The sheer number of limitations means that almost anything I would want to do, I can't do or it would have little to no benefit to the island's quality to do it. The only thing that would keep people there would be to stay in touch with other Skyblock players or build crazy awesome builds like an overworld (which I don't feel like doing again thanks to the fact that you can't repeat challenges thousands of times for dirt or sand).

I know the aim with all of these limitations and changes were designed to improve the capacity of the server, but there is no point in doing all of this if it will drive away all the players long-term. Normally I would keep playing skyblock at this point however for some odd reason I don't feel as enthusiastic to keep playing this reset.

If the old sky servers could handle this then I think that it should prove child's play for new servers to handle these suggestions considering practically everything is limited to reduce the server load. More suggestions are welcome.

Ask yourself, which is better: 50 players on average with a capacity for 200 or a full server with 100 slots? I know what one I would choose as a player and which one an owner should choose.

at least 2 of those changes would be super easy to implement, its actually quite shocking they weren't given as options in the first place.

I know aXed is busy with semi then survival, but can a staff member make sure that aXed is at least aware that this thread exists?
We don't make these suggestions for shits and giggles or a way to pass time, we actually want to see some of them done.

Edit: Nvm, this is sorta fixed now

well you have to understand some of your points are valid some are not like the donator ranks some people can waste money on a server and some want the ease of being able to breathe a little a member is someone who either a is a kid which is under 13 and doesnt want to spend money on a server they could grow tired of and the higher ranks are people who are older and just use there money to have fun after a long day
