    Hi, whenever I try to chat it says 'cannot send chat message'. I rarely chat on the server and didn't say anything offensive to anyone so I'm guessing I was muted but don't know why. Can you please unmute me? I just want to play on the server and be able to talk to friends I made.

    You are probably not muted. Just go to your chat settings in options and then toggle "chat" to [Shown].
    That should work.
