Hello, At the begging the server was fine and i was taking some of my items from my pv and then the server closed without announcement and when it back online again i found that i lost the whole pv page with all the stuff in it, i talked with an admin and he told me that i have to remember the values of my stuff, i could do that lol it took like 3 or 4 moths to collect them how could i remember how many they were, and i can't say any value bec it maybe more than i had so that it will be a fake value so i can't do that and the admin told me that there is no solution. It's not my fault that the server crashed and took my stuff, i want my stuff back, I think there is a log for the PV so you can easily check it and give me my stuff again(admin told me that there is no logs so it's not my fault that the server doesn't contain logs for the bugs that happening in the server). Actually if you can't give me my stuff back i will leave the server bec i won't waste my time in collecting my stuff for the second time because the server got a bug with no solution. My regards.
Hi @DEAL , Lord_Kaioshin brought this issue to my attention yesterday. However the plugin that handles playervaults does not log but instead keeps a backup of the last most recent changes to the players vaults. Unfortunately your report of lost items was not within a timeframe which would have allowed me to load the backup of your pv. I had mentioned to Kai I would be willing to refund you based on an idea of what you had in your pvs but he indicated to me that you were unable to so there is little I can do in this situation.
