What version are you using? If not 1.12, please try either 1.12.1 or 1.12.2. Do you get any error message when trying to join survival?
So you can join the hub but not any games? Try logging on another server, different launcher or with no mods and see if that makes a difference
If you can join other servers but not survival, the server may be down for maintenance. If that is not the case, it may be a connectivity issue. Do you get any message in chat when you try to join the server?
