One requirement is the ability to speak English though... and you need a clean history. If you're who I think you are, you don't have a very clean one...

I would just say that if you do want to apply you need to have some requirements.
When I was a helper, I noticed that you have a huge amount of mutes in your history as well as a lack of English, but here are some things that you should develop starting today. First I reccomend you to have a better relationship with the current Semi-staff as well as having no bans or mutes in your history for THREE MONTHS. Other than that, try speaking in English more often in chat as well as having a good reputation towards other players. Avoid using hacks or insulting a staff member as that can lower your chance to become a mod. Anyways, apply when you feel you are ready for the task because being a mod is not to be famous- but to have a responsibility on handling the server itself.
