»Scout kit (Add ability) Please

I am using scout kit for a while. Can you add a ability to use your rod in water pls. I think this will help. Thanks appreciate it

 

This is imposible scout can grapple to water 2years ago but it was nerfed and it will never be buffed or debuffed again by aXed

 

It's op the way it is, I managed to kill 2 iron guy so and run away with it

As the guys above said, this won't happen, the kit is okay just the way it is. It would be too op if it could use the grapple on water. There are other kits that have the ability to travel fast on water.

 

But........Can u nerf cat? :3
