well i just got muted for no speaking english i helped a person who only speaks spanish and i used google translate but rfikee does not let me know it is not allowed and mutes me instantly and if i say there is a hacker online he warns me to but others do it too and he does not warn them i think that is unfair......

Speaking english in the mainchat is a rule so no exceptions for you and your friend.
For the second thing you will need proof or otherwise it's your word against @RFikee 's word.

Mutes and warns do not show in public chat in KitPvP. Before warning/muting, I make sure to check their history first to figure out whether or not the player has already been muted or warned before. We don't warn players that already has mutes for that offense. I warn every new player or players who have not been muted before, before muting them. In fact, I also warned you.



Next time, if you want to use google translate to warn them not to speak english in public chat, do it via /msg.
