    Hello, i recently got perm banned on this server and would like my 5$ rank to be refunded to my paypal

    The rank has been bought by someone else, from a different paypal account, and i have talked to them and i got the permission to withdraw the rank on my paypal

    Base from my knowledge, charging back is against the server rules but you can ask the higher staffs for clarification.
