Name of offender: Tenderman

Name of offense: Falsely banning for a reason not stated in the rules of the server (Not agreeing with a players opinion on something.

Server: Factions (But the ban appears to be global)

Date and time: 17th of December 2015, Not entirely certain of the time.

Well if you talked about ISIS and terrorists like the ban says, i believe its correct but tagging @Tenderman anyway.

 

No, um Tenderman banned someone called ISIS_Warrior for the reason "Change your name" so i simply asked why that name was illegal. Then that lead to the conversation of ISIS and such.

 

The ban stated there as "Talking complete nonsense about ISIS and terrorists.", indirectly talking about you. Not towards the person named as "ISIS_Warrior" or whatsoever. However, I don't think you can get unbanned.

Look sphagettipvp, Tenderman wouldn't be at the position he is today, if he was going around banning people for no reason. He has banned you for something which his experience told him was wrong. Its a 10 day ban, so wait and I hope to see you come back to GuildCraft with a smile.

 

Spreading false propaganda to young children is not tolerated anywhere in the entire world. Change your mindset and you're welcome.

 

not to be rude but diff ppl have diff mindset about thing including ISIS

 

1) Use your common sense when you are on our servers.
2) You were talking about ISIS like it is just a joke and you said 'Well they do nothing wrong expect blowing up people'
That's just plain disrespecting.
We have players from all over the world, white people, black people, muslims and catholics.
Some people will take it very personal when you say such things about ISIS because it's untrue.
Terrorists are a 100% bad and not a joke, we won't tolerate such jokes and if you can't bring up the respect and keep your 'unrealistic, retarded and stupid opinion' private, well then you will end up banned like you are now.
Ban stays and will under no circumstance be removed.
Do not make any comments like you made ever again or you will be permanently removed from the Guildcraft community (Ingame, forums and teamspeak.)
Also do not make a new unban request or topic regarding this ban or you will be permanently removed from the forums.

Serious, just use your common sense and show some respect.
