I have a problem, i can give the video, i must to put it on YouTube, but I dont have a good internet. And I canput the video on the post, say me if you now what is the problem, like the format (Dont work: .mp4 and .avi).

Download Camtasia and add the video there and then press Produce then it will decrease the size to like 100 mb only.
