»Raba Pls give Swayla's plot back

Dear Raba;
I paid real money in the amount of $20 to get that plot from a player.
I bought them 20$ worth of stuff from the shop in trade for the plot.

Swayla had built a building she was using for a shop and garden area.
Her family in Florida had medical issues and she had to go out of town.
She logged on to make sure she did not lose her plot but it was taken anyway.

This is not right if GC is going to take items I paid REAL money for can I please have the $3000.00
back I paid over the last few years as everything I spent money for is being removed or taken.

These were LIFETIME purchases and perks yet GC keeps changing what we were to have for the whole time the server was up and running.

Her plot was 1st row spawn plot across from the free food.

I will wait 3 days before I file a refund request for all the money I have lost by buying perks only to have them removed!

If you are a player I upgraded (There are hundreds) I am so sorry.
I will make sure I do my best to keep you guys getting what we bought for you.

But when I pay REAL money I have a right to keep what I bought longer than a few months.

Not only this, we don't even have guardians anymore because GC is so screwed up.
GC is not 1.11 it is 1.10 with a huge mess and 1/2 of what 1.11 is suppose to have it does NOT!

Guildcraft has Violated its own user agreement and terms of purchases.
LIFETIME means life of the server.

The things being taken from GC players that have been purchased with REAL MONEY
Is not because of the NEW EULA so you can't blame MOJANG.

Other servers still managed to give players all the perks they had and maintain the EULA without taking Plots, Perks and items we paid CASH for from us.

Look at DesiredCraft they have MILLIONS of players who are so happy and we have everything we should have depending on what version we log in with and use to play.
