»[Prison] Smuggler Rank Question

I noticed that the Smuggler (or Elite) ranked members on the Prison server have access to the commands /pet name as well as /pet hat.
Does the Smuggler rank actually have any pets, and if so how do I select it/them?

**If this isn't the proper format then please forgive me, I read the post by FrozenFever and didn't find anything that had to do with thread formatting.

According to the Buycraft shop, it looks like only DemiGod rank and higher get a free pet with their rank. Lower ranks would need to either Buy(Buycraft shop/Another player that won a tier pets from the Titan crate) or Win(Titan crate) their pets to gain access to spawning a pet.
