I came up with the idea just now of a prison lottery for 15 Euros (~$16-$17USD) that will occur weekly. The rules so far I thought of will be as such: First and foremost, I will be creating a post at the start of each week and provide periodic updates. Any information can be found there. A 25k-50k in game money lottery entry may be purchased while I am online. The price of course is still negotiable as I don't have a solid idea yet. I will personally take down a list of names as well as save a chat log I will post publicly on a new thread I will be creating for the lotto. The list of names will be publicly available so the participants can check the amount of entries for proof I used their name the amount they believe I should have. The chat log will be publicly available for players who would like to contest the amount of times their name is shown. They will be available to go through the chat log(s) to view the text I saw on my end to confirm the amount of times they truly entered. The lotto will ONLY OCCUR WHEN the amount of in game money I received for entries is equal to or exceeds 1,000,000 (one million) in game cash. Should the amount of entries not exceed 1,000,000, I will give participants an option to either leave their names in the drawing, or refund the money. Keep in mind if I refund the money, your name will be taken out of the drawing. Look, I need money. I can't be giving someone 15 euros just because they are the only one that entered. The base reward will be 15 euros. Of course, I'm aware that some ranks and items will require more than 15 euros. I am creating these rules in place of that. Should you need more than 15 euros you can either: Choose to save up your euros in hopes that you will win another time. I will write your name down and keep it saved until you use those euros. Additionally, any extra euros unused I'll keep a list of for you. Or I will sell additional euros for 125k a euro (625k for 5, 1.25mil for 10, 1.875mil for 15, so on). THERE IS NO REFUND IF YOU DO NOT WIN. YOU FORFEIT THE MONEY AND IT BECOMES MY PERSONAL PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. SHOULD YOU LOSE, ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY ENTERED WILL NOT BE RETURNED Unless you buy over 40 tickets for whatever ungodly reason, I will return 250k. Lastly, these rules, as goes with any, are subject to change from week to week. The rules will be put in place at the start of the week before the first entry, and will remain in place until after the drawing. The rules may only change in the down time between drawings where no one has entered. EDIT 1 I'm not sure how I want names to be grouped yet. meaning, I don't know if I will mix the names up, group them together by player, or just put them in the order they came in. There will not be a limit to amount of tickets purchased I will write my own program so I know myself that it truly is random, as well as it would allow me to post the code publicly so players can see the code themselves to confirm there was no foul play.
The euros I will be offering to the winner will be sold at a cheaper than normal price and will only be available to the winner the day following the drawing. Should you choose to not purchase euros that day, you forfeit the cheaper price and will have to buy them at a regular price when I begin selling again.
Question how do you decide on picking the winner, what site will you use, also limit the amount of tickets a player can buy.

I'm glad you like the idea! I will write and post the code that will run a random number generator. This will allow me to quickly input names for the generator to select. s stated in the last sentence, I will be posting the code weekly as well for the players to look through allowing them to confirm that there was no foul play involved in the selection process. \ I will be using Visual Studios to write the code and it will be run via command prompt. As for the amount that can be bought, I will not be limiting the amount that may be purchased. You may buy 0 or you may buy 1,000 (Please don't buy 1,000 entries that is a terrible idea). While that does give some players an advantage (e.g. a player may only be able to afford 1 ticket while another may be able to afford 100, giving the player than can only afford 1 a disadvantage), everyone will have the same opportunity to buy tickets and at 25-50k a an entry, there isn't going to be too much a difference between entries.
