    Name of offender: holacrak1
    Name of offense: Hacking and english only in the chat (Forcefield/Killaura, AntiKB, and Reach)
    Server: PracticePVP
    Date and time: 10:20 pm ish 2/16/17
    Evidence: video

    In the beginning he has hacks disabled. Then he toggles him and tests them (hits me with water bucket with reach/forcefield/killaura). Then antikb is toggled and he trucks me. Then he disables and enables them again. Then at the end he disables them and dies.
